Friday, August 11, 2023 - Was worried as the top of the cork had a small amount of mould but it came out easily and in one piece. Past it’s best but still immensely enjoyable. Still some fruit left, mostly sour plum flavours. No tannin at all although the high acid made up for overall structure.
