Sunday, August 30, 2015 - From selected lots, this pale yellow-green wine is a step up from Kim Crawford's regular Marlborough Savignon Blanc bottling. While in many ways similar in terms of its gooseberry, citrus, pineapple and dried herb profile, this bottling offers a greater degree of depth than its less distinguished brethren. Solid in the middle and without noticeable alcohol (12.0%), it finishes long and crisp. This quality offering will have broad appeal and is worthy of its price. Drink now-2017.
