Friday, October 9, 2015 - Pop and pour, strong nose of strawberry, ham, flowers and sweet cherry and a touch of oak. Palate is extracted, meaty, sour cherry, heavy tannins initially, a touch of alcohol on the finish with very good length. It's really young now so it really should be held for 2-3 years.
