Sunday, December 3, 2023 - I’m loving how this is drinking. As the name implies this shows bright cherry and tones of kirschwasser, moving more to the latter with maturity. Minerality is highly expressive across the palate and lingers for thirty seconds. Found the brightness exceptional with a richly smooth pate and cherry reduction as a gele on top.
