Friday, May 12, 2023 - Deep purple. Meat and tobacco on the nose. On the palate high alcohol, medium acidity, full body. Chocolate, black cherries, black plums, black pepper, sage. Still drinking young. A bit hot and a bit sweet for my palate, but still delicious.
