Saturday, January 24, 2015 - Clear, dark burgundy with a hint of brown and pink rim, hundreds of equi-distant slow-moving tears.
Clean, Med- intensity, aromas of blackberries, hawthorn, black cherries, black pepper.
Dry, med body, med alcohol, med tannins, med acidity, light on complexity, poor balance, further tastes of beef, blackcurrants, black olives, lamb, cloves. Quite sour. Fast finish, fortunately
