Thursday, August 25, 2016 - Took a few minutes to open up. Aromas of dark fruit, black tea, an earthy soil note. In the mouth it is a mix of black and red fruits. Prominent acidity but balanced. Fine tannin, no oak that I could discern. I think this is very much MSD and I liked it a lot. Big nose but supple and juicy in the mouth, medium weight, very fine structure. Young and promising.
