The palate is brisk, vibrant, and resonant, showing lemon citrus flavors laced by a touch of soft caramel, juicy acidity, and lovely bottle age maturity. Long and refreshing and finishes with vigor and elegant precision. And though this gives the impression that it won't get better it isn't going anywhere anytime soon.
