Saturday, December 27, 2008 - Very pale yellow. Fine bead. Nose was a filling mix of citrus, slight yeast, filling. Taste was a wonderful mix of citrus acidity and taste with a slight toast background. Very good and blew away the 96 Bollinger drank the same night.
