Thursday, April 7, 2016 - balanced, medium-weight California Chardonnay - beautiful nose (white flowers, something honey-like, something minerally), rich on the palate, oak in the background. Was better after having an hour or so of air - allowed the structural elements of the wine to come together, better supporting the aromas.
