Undeniably tasty. Lots of white peach with herbaceous notes and honestly a bit of farty sulphur smell which wears off after an hour or so. An almost cane sugary sweetness is what holds this back from a stellar score. It’s just too much and too revealing of its origin.

Balanced, with a nose of lillies and tangerine. Oak is very well integrated and soft acidity carries through with a medium finish. Great with oil and garlic pasta. Fantastic deal on clearance from PA state store.

PnP straight to glass, cool temp. Clear, pale straw color, med legs. Proper med intensity Chard nose. Initial taste was underwhelming, fully mature, soft, a bit steely with just a hint of oak & vanilla but the late finish brought brighter fruit, more acid. Classic CA Chard flavor profile. After 30 minutes, the wine showed much better with fruit sharper and up front. Nothing off, $58

balanced, medium-weight California Chardonnay - beautiful nose (white flowers, something honey-like, something minerally), rich on the palate, oak in the background. Was better after having an hour or so of air - allowed the structural elements of the wine to come together, better supporting the aromas.

From a great vineyard, a great vintage and an interesting producer.
14.1% abv. Medium gold. Citrus and stone on the nose. Intriguing lemon, pear and mineral on the palate. Rich mouthfeel, but simultaneously lively and penetrating. ep and long. This Anderson Valley beauty delivers!

Very good. Round flavors of baked apple and lemon custard pie. California style, but decent acidic balance and not too buttery. Drink now.

One of the best chards I had. Nose hit me with pears and apples. Medium body and low acidity. Lightly oaked.

Quite good. Round and creamy with toasty oak, but none of it overdone. Nice lemony balance and minerals in the nose.
