Aromatically intense!!
Olive tapenade, iron rich bloody notes, baked blackberries, leather and spice.
An hour later- more of the same on the nose with the tiniest hint of smoke. Palate entry is super smooth, leading effortlessly to all the promises the nose has been making since the bottle opened.
Perfectly composed at this stage of development. Soft and smooth entry leads to a full mid palate and a long finish with fully integrated tannins.
The beautiful dark fruits are framed with all of the olive, iron, smoky herbal and spice notes.
Fantastic Syrah that is currently sitting right in the middle of a great drinking window.
