Thursday, October 13, 2011 - Showing lovely floral toes as well as a surprisingly crisp and clear mineral character. Acidity is very nice as is the tones of pear and lemongrass found in the palate. Finish is a bit too short, but the overall impression is indeed positive. Would pair nicely to seafood.
