Apple to peach nose with lime zest, lemon butter, florality and wet stones. Quite fullbodied, dry and racy palate with steely cut to the zesty fruit. Intense minerality and overall extreme cleanliness. Mid-length. A linear wine with great precision. Wieninger knows how to pull this style off without rendering its wines to overly hygienic Austrian boredom.

Showing lovely floral toes as well as a surprisingly crisp and clear mineral character. Acidity is very nice as is the tones of pear and lemongrass found in the palate. Finish is a bit too short, but the overall impression is indeed positive. Would pair nicely to seafood.
