Medium lemon colour, very elegant on the nose, but precise and with a good intensity. Fresh flinty minerality accompanies green fruit (green apple, quince), citrus (lime, lemon, orange peel). Also a light touch of mint. After all I would say that primary aromas dominate.
Medium body in the mouth, dry, with a crispy pronounced acidity. Very nice, fresh and pungent, but with a certain flavour intensity which reminds the citrus, green fruit, herbs and minerality already assessed on the nose, but maybe with a hint of very fresh stone fruits.
Persistent acidity in the finish, crunchy green apple and lemon lingers for some time.
Good! While not very complex and clearly steering towards acidity, it has a good intensity and it represents more or less what I expect from a good basic Chablis.
