Saturday, March 3, 2018 - A bit tightly wound and acidic at outset, this bottle opened its arms as it warmed and aerated in the glass, showing honeysuckle, sandalwood and classic Meyer lemon. New rule for me: decant 30 minutes before serving and delight in every sip.
