Monday, August 24, 2015 - 13.5% - Clear, med+ crimson / clean, med intensity - blackberry, plum, raw meat, bloody ceasar / dry, med refreshing acidity, med+ body, med tannin (slightly drying), med intensity, well balanced.
Consumed over 2 days and was pleasantly surprised by its versatility in terms of food pairing (from a very savory BBQ marinated flank steak on night to a rustic pizza covered with greens and eggplants)
