Friday, March 8, 2019 - La Paulée de NY Verticals Tasting (Kimpton Hotel Eventi): 11/00/96 When nearly 20 year old white Burgundy hits, this is it. Impressive, appealing nose of rich, mature white fruit with oxidative / honeyed complex layering. Complexity follows suit on the palate riding a fresh, vibrant body. Impressive for it's level.
