Friday, April 10, 2020 - Didn't decant, but let it open in the bottle and the glass over an hour. It's big, lots of tannins. Actually quite delicious, but needs the typical types of "big tannin" foods to stand up to it. If only my wife had pulled out some well aged cheddar. But we are in quarantine and pickins are slim.
