Monday, November 27, 2017 - Lirac, amazing blends. And one of my first sips of it. Really liking the passion fruit, grapefruit, tangeringe, lime, mint, liquorice, peach and apricot on the nose. The complexity in this wine is even better on the palate with the peachy, pear, apricot, lime and grapefruit flavours coming through even more pronounced. Medium + acidity and the fruit balances it out very well. Very long finish, and a great partner for Cod dishes. Can drink now, but also suitable for ageing.
