Tuesday, July 5, 2011 - Excellent deep ruby color with some bricking. Beautiful nose of smoky cassis and sweet black rasberry. Quite a suave and elegant texture with medium body. A bit thin in the middle but then finishes with delicious smoky blackberry flavors with hints of sweet tobacco, earth and gravel. My bottles of this wine have been very slow to come around but this is the best showing yet so perhaps this wine just needs time. 91+
