Saturday, March 25, 2023 - Fully developed, likely past its prime, but still delicious. Very intense and complex nose, fully tertiary, with dried craneberry, forest floor, mushrooms, dried meat, balsamic vinegar, cherry sauce, smoke and struck-flint.
Light, dry and acidic on the palate. A spicy, peppery note, medicinal, hoisin sauce.
Finish and length is fine but lacking intensity. Drink now.
