  Fully developed, likely past its prime, but still delicious. Very intense and complex nose, fully tertiary, with dried craneberry, forest floor, mushrooms, dried meat, balsamic vinegar, cherry sauce, smoke and struck-flint.
  Light, dry and acidic on the palate. A spicy, peppery note, medicinal, hoisin sauce.
  Finish and length is fine but lacking intensity. Drink now.

  I don't think this will require more patience, it is giving all it got. Very nice nose but I would have like some more fruit as it remains quite vegetal in the mouth with a medium high acidity.

  Some reduction upon opening, drinkable and i don't think it will get much better with time. Very vegetal nose with green notes but the red fruit is more pronounced in the mouth which makes the wine flows very nicely, medium length

  Allot of whole cluster shows off right away when opening this wine. The nice is full of herbs, spices and red fruits. The attack is lifted with nice acidity, silky with notes of grapefruit, cherries, herbs, some reduction and saltiness. The finally was a tad short to give it that final wow factor....all in a very nice wine.
