Saturday, February 14, 2015 - Interesting wine. Dark in color. Upon opening it smelled and tasted like a blend of Dolcetto, Marzemino, and Negramaro, showing violets, pepper notes, and oiliness. With a couple hours of air it became noticeably more tannic. Intriguing chalky and pulpy texture.
