Tuesday, August 17, 2010 - This is a liquid baked apple. Caramelized, slightly tart, long finish, mellow, lively with bright apple acid. Smooth, silky, viscus. A really nice not too sweet dessert wine. Pair with not too sweet fruit desserts. I have to imagine its perfect with tart tatin. Young maturity and will have a long life ahead.
