Sunday, May 8, 2016 - A lovely Chianti. Decanted two hours--needed the air. Aromas of flowers, cherries, plums. Bright acidity on the palate, with the fruit showing through well against food. A terrific food wine, and fabulous QPR. Drinking now (just) but better in a year.
