Sunday, September 17, 2017 - Bright light to medium yellow color, with a nose that is smokey, slightly reduced (match strike scent) and with vanilla, lemon and white peach. Palate is honied and rich with a viscous texture that exhibits the expected lemon curd, grilled peach and bright acidity. This should last quite a long time in a proper cellar and definitely is better if decanted to give it some air to eliminate the sulfur from the nose.
