Saturday, December 7, 2019 - With scallops, asparagus, rice.
Yellow, yellow/gold, clear and brilliant.
Honey, butter, citrus nose.
Smooth, with nice mouth-watering acid, long finish. It grew on the palate over time (air effect I guess), the smoothness and richness improved. Too bad this was our last bottle.
