Saturday, December 25, 2021 - Lithe, pear, faint citrus. First few tastes weee great but shortly after it needed some food. Did not hold up with the overseasoned prime rib. Best with more saline based dishes. Turning into a wine to complement seafood. Consume over next 2 years with food. Or maybe it was the foods I had that shut it down( prosciutto /cheese).
