Monday, April 6, 2015 - Pop and pour and served with food (roast tenderloin, in case you were wondering). Then followed without food for about two hours.
Nose of fresh berries and some cedar and oak. Good lively acidity on the intro, turning to fresh berries and bright red fruits. Shows a little bit of brown spice and some oak but the touch of oak is light. Acidity a bit on the high end. Good.
