Monday, October 28, 2019 - This was a bright oaky yet balanced Chardonnay in the California style. The notes of hard candied lemon, muskmelon, apple, cream, wildflower honey, allspice, fresh split oak, pie crust, elderflower, and muddy claylike minerality. That is well rounded and warming This wine packs a long well built finish making it a very nice complex fireplace companion. drinks beautifully now thru - 2023.
