Tuesday, January 8, 2019 - Winorama: A winter in Wineland III; 1/4/2019-1/13/2019 (Portland/Willamette, Eureka, Napa): Brought to enjoy with a fellow wine lover at Bouchon Bistro in Napa. Tail end of white truffle season so they had some on the menu which was like a match made in heaven for this. This is really almost all secondary at this point. For me this is just about the perfect spot or maybe slightly on the backslope. It's not getting better, but it does have a sortof interesting and layered evel to it that you don't see as much when wine is young.
