Tuesday, June 14, 2022 - Dinner with the wine group (Terun, Palo Alto): Light-medium ruby; a bit richer and deeper aromatics, but still red fruited; medium bodied, 13.5% alcohol and shows a bit of heat, red strawberry; medium finish. Not quite as fresh primary fruit than the 2014, and not quite the balance of the 2007. 89-90
This really developed nicely over 1-2 hours. Balanced and elegant now. 90-91

6/15/2022 9:23:00 PM - 2014 was decanted 1 hour, then poured back into bottle for another hour prior to serving. 2011 was pop and pour (but was much better an hour after opening). Not sure about the 2007 as it was open by the time I arrived to dinner.
