Monday, December 25, 2023 - What a joy! Delicious smell and taste right out of the bottle, slightly improved with three hours of air. Definitely a mature wine, no need to wait I think, but this will probably last several years more. Other enthusiastic notes describe this wine well. My keywords were: forest, autumn, earth. Paired very well with a hearty partridge stew. Love a great Brunello!
