There is a cheap strawberry balsamic thing, like salad dressing from Denny's, watermelon Jolly Rancher, sickly sweet smoke, rose, cranberry, soil, gamey, leaves. The high acidity, instead of being pleasurable with lamb, just felt vinegary. Not enjoyable.
