Monday, February 23, 2015 - I took this to a higher end BYOB Mexican Restaurant. It paired excellently with well prepared dishes of mild-moderate spice. It could have handled higher levels of hot spice but perhaps not ones with bitter notes. I only wish I had more of this.

- The nose was of fresh orange melon, ripe peach, honey and tropical fruit notes.
- On the palate there were wonderful notes of apricot, ripe peach, papaya and honey all mingled. They were well integrated with the good acidity and residual sweetness of the wine. There is also a nice touch of minerality on this wine. The length of the delicious finish was extraordinary.
