Saturday, June 6, 2015 - Lovely honeyed perfumed citrus notes. Whiff of kerosene minerality but by no means overpowering. Smells so fresh and enticing. Smooth palate, lots of rich citrus peel marmalade. Wonderful sweetness through the core, balanced by a sharp and fresh acidity. Slips down so effortlessly and begs you back for another sip. Has definitely had time to shake off its initial puppy fat. Glorious stuff.
