Saturday, January 2, 2016 - Bursting with citrus on nose and palate. Lemon and orange peel give way to some nice salinity mid palate and then a nice lingering medium + acid finish. We irreverently paired this with San Marzano tomato sauce, pasta, and pan seared Cod. It was perfect with this dish.
