Sunday, February 28, 2016 - Absolutely lovely aperitif with crudites and olives. Lovely briney number full of lemony citrus and some floral notes. Very fresh, lively, good acidity and minerality really brings everything together. I can see why this may not be everyone's cup of tea as the fruit is rather subtle and restrained, but it really lifts the palate for me.
