Tuesday, April 5, 2005 - Spicy nose of eucalyptus red berry and red raspberry coulis. Very much like a Mike Officer wine but tending a bit more toward cooler climate and red fruit. Creamy textured with pepper. Nicely balanced given the stated alcohol. Later it reminded me more of a Zinfandel made by a Pinot Noir producer, like Hartford Court.
