Friday, August 19, 2016 - Medium lemon color. Nose of tangerine, chalk, wet stone and a hint of herbs. Flavors of citrus, slate/stone and tart apple with a strong underlying mineral note. The acidity on this wine is intense. Almost too much on its own but with food, it is perfect. Really fantastic wine.
