Sunday, March 7, 2021 - This is showing it’s age-worthiness now. Almost opaque and no bricking on the rim. Aromas of black pepper, smoked meats, iodine, plum. A good mix of red and dark fruits, with some earthiness and a long finish. Still has medium acidity and medium plus tannins. Serve this with some fatty leg of lamb and call it a night.
