Tuesday, September 12, 2017 - My buds were a bit off center having been recovering from a nasty cold. Pitch black wine with jammed pack black fruits with an cedar overtone. This is still in its infant stage, the palate had plenty of dark fruits almost to the point of over extracting and spices finishing medium. Needs another 5 years to flesh out.
