Monday, May 3, 2021 - This started out better and came together much quicker than my first bottle a couple years ago. It is drinking very well now but with plenty of upside to holding on for a few more years.

My previous tasting note really covered the details well, but I have to say - this time the fruit really stood out, and the oak was unnoticed.
