Sunday, February 17, 2019 - Color: Ruby. You can just see through the wine. Nose: Red fruit. There is something else that is leaning more towards oranges. A hint of cardamon. Mouth: Tannins have a good grip but are not perfectly round. A slight bitterness that goes well with food. A bit rustic and wishy-washy. The 14% alc. can be felt a tad too much. After one day of letting the half full bottle breathe in the fridge the wine has improved hence 1 point up (before 85). Now there is also a slight aroma of burnt soil.
