Saturday, July 30, 2022 - Popped/poured. Very tasty, more like a rich, light-on-its-feet Napa than the Bordeaux I often drank in the 80's/90's. Good from nose to the medium-long finish that was quite satisfying. Likely to get better or hold for 6 to 10yrs. or more. Went well w/gas grilled Filet Mignon and fresh herbed sauteed morels over buttered egg noodles and parmesan/pecorino cheese. In some ways global warming has helped make available many fine, early-accessible wines from Bordeaux. Good value when first acquired.
