Wednesday, March 20, 2024 - Yes, an enticing nose at first, but it dissipates quickly. I find the palate a bit odd; complex, yes, but not that appealing. I am reminded of preserved lemons, seashells and toast. Rather viscous and resinous. A food wine rather than a sipper, for sure. Having been opened and on our dinner table for almost two hours now, the finish is noticeably shorter than an hour ago. If you have these, drink up soon, I say.
