Monday, December 14, 2015 - Opened decanted and served. An interesting twist of a wine, first time we come across this, a lighter valpolicella in style but not a simple wine at all. Cherries , plums, light spice on the nose. On the palate it carries the 15% alc very well in signature quintarelly style, good depth and complexity. An underdog of a wine and really happy to have crossed paths with it. Drinks well now but has a good life sharpest of it. 92+
