Friday, February 3, 2017 - Megan's 30th (Chicago, IL): A very lovely bottle of extremely fruit-forward wine. In fact, this is the sort of fruit-forward wine that I absolutely adore. There's just a nice touch of dried herbs here as well and despite the massive ripeness and fruit here, there's just enough tannin and acidity to keep this going. There's never a moment where this is flabby -- it's a well-proportioned fruit bomb.
