Saturday, September 20, 2014 - Opened a 375ml bottle.
Deep ruby in color.
Earthy, tobacoo and rich leather in nose.
Velveth structure but medium body.
Tasted like meaty with some fruit remaining.
Interesting that there was some medium grassy, earthy taste in finish after some acidity.
I think it won't be evolving anymore, so better drink it during these few years.
